The Masters Series
Team Coordin8 welcomes the Masters Series in 2008, and wishes you all the best in your races and ambitions.
Hotel Rooms: Please contact us to book your group rooms in the chosen
event hotel, or a smaller bespoke package with that personal touch. Hotel
rooms will be held in advance and allocated as requested. There will be a
dead-line for each event, thereafter any unused rooms will be released back to
the hotel, and reservations will be made as required, subject to
availability.
Parking: Airport Parking is mystery to most people! Team
Coordin8 will look at all the available options for each airport and will
arrange the best to suit your needs - be it on site pre paid parking, chauffer
driven off location or park and ride.
Vehicle Travel: Team Coordin8 can get discounts on most major ferry
crossings for passenger and freight travel. Donna has over 10 years
experience of sending teams to overseas events and can help with almost any
travel requirement you may have. Team Coordin8 can advise you on carnet
requirements and can also book hire cars if required for those who choose to
fly to events. Team Coordin8 can also arrange shipment of vehicles world
wide through our partners SeaCon.
Air Travel: Air travel has become a minefield since the conception of
the internet; however Team Coordin8 will always look at all the options as well
as the bigger picture. Often the cheapest flight is not the right flight
for your timetable, and we at Team Coordin8 know from our own experience that
sometimes time is more important than cost.
Group & Family Travel: We may be able to help you with your family
and group travel away from the events if required. Please contact us with
you requirements and we will get you a quotation.
