Team Coordination
The success of an event or championship is proven to lie in the carefully thought out logistics and planning our full coordination package would provide you. As a company the planning of an event lies at the very heart of our approach, as it is the foundation for our and your success.
Our full package would include all pre event management and travel arrangements from entry submission to the post event press release. This service includes a meticulous movement and service schedule for the team and guests, along with on-event and service coordination to ensure the event runs smoothly and the team efficiently.
Your Team Coordin8 representative would be the co-drivers link to the team and event organisation, so any problems or queries can be smoothed over without the co-driver having to leave the service area or take their eye off the ball. Team Coordin8 are able to deal with any situation under complete control should the circumstances require it, and make it their place to know the events and regulations inside and out to help the crew in all situations.
On event catering can also be arranged, as can pre-event testing, hospitality and PR activities, both in the UK and throughout Europe. We will even arrange your photos and press releases through our partners.

Event Schedules
Too busy to arrange it all? Then let us help by writing your team schedules for you. We can do as little or a much as you need - you can have a full movement and service schedule, or you can have a service outline and fuel schedule. We can do whatever is required for the busy team manager or co-driver! Call us for a bespoke package, we can arrange event 'one-off's' or a package for a whole championship or season programme.
Travel Packages
Why not let us take the monotony out of booking travel and hotels? We can arrange everything from a night away for one, to a whole team for a week on a WRC event. Our contacts within the travel industry ensure you will get the best deal every time and will arrive at your event stress free and ready to go!
We can even arrange spectator packages or corporate packages on events throughout the world! All you need to do is let us know how many people you need to accommodate and the budget you have and we will arrange the rest for you! We are specialists in getting the right location for your event and booking 'rally' friendly hotels or guesthouses!
Testing
Team Coordin8 can arrange pre event testing for you anywhere in the world. We have extensive contacts and location information and will arrange everything from road closures and forest hire to informing the event organisers and the FIA or MSA of your intentions. We can also arrange marshals, radios and rescue or recovery if required. If you want to impress current or would-be sponsors we could turn a test day into a corporate day for you. Team Imaging
Are you a new team or do you fancy a new image? With our 'Imaging' partners we can provide you with a team logo and website, clothing, and profile - All you need is a team name, and we will do the rest! Special packages available for 'clubman' teams.
Championship & Event Organisation
Team Coordin8 would be pleased to help and be involved in an event or Championship if required. Many Championships are too big to be done on a part-time basis, so why not let us do the hard work and keep the points records up to date for you? We can also print and distribute competitor bulletins for you if required.
Promotional / Corporate Days & Evenings
Got your eye on a sponsor? Then let us arrange the perfect fun filled day or glamour packed evening to wow them into supporting your efforts behind the wheel! We can arrange day or evening events for current or potential sponsors throughout Europe or the UK, to suit any budget.
On Event Catering
Catering for a large group in the outdoors is never easy, however our experienced team can create hot or cold food to suit most tastes in most locations! Put us to the test and let us feed your hungry service crew and busy drivers on any rally!
Gravel Crew Co-driver
Through Team Coordin8, Donna is available as a Gravel Crew co-driver for all levels of events. Working in close partnership with the co-driver, she will even arrange her own schedule and copying if required.
